  • X2 Chicken breast
  • X7 florets Broccoli
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • X2 Sweet potatoes
  • X2 Red onions

Method

Slice chicken breasts in to thin strips so they fry quickly

Season the chicken with "complete seasoning"

Chop some onions (to be added after the chicken)

Drop the chicken on to a pre-heated pan for a few minutes before adding the onions

Chop the broccoli and swap the cooked chicken and onions out for this (re-oiling the pan if necessary). Re-add a couple bits of onion for flavour. Take out after a few minutes / when tender.

Chop the sweet potato in to slices so they fry nicely.

Take the brocolli out of the pan to make way for the spinach

Add a cup of spinach in to the pan, season with salt and black pepper. Saute.

Remove the spinach after a minute or so / when sauted.

Season the sweet potato before adding to the pan until cooked.
